A State Guard & Defense Force Council Department
Coming Spring 2026
The Quartermaster Program is dedicated to strengthening State Defense Forces nationwide by ensuring their soldiers have the resources they need to train, deploy, and serve effectively. Our mission is to provide direct support through funding and essential supplies—feeding troops during weekend drills and annual training, covering travel expenses, equipping new recruits with uniforms, and sustaining units with food, water, and medical supplies during emergency state activations. By removing financial barriers and filling logistical gaps, we empower State Defense Forces to remain mission-ready, resilient, and focused on protecting their communities and states.
Structured assistance for required uniforms, field gear, and baseline equipment necessary for training and state activation readiness. Focused on reducing out of pocket burdens for recruits and units with limited budgets.
Support coordination for weekend drill meals, annual training sustenance, and emergency activation food logistics. Helping cover food costs so units don’t have to stretch their budgets to feed their troops.
Travel expense coordination for weekend training, annual training, and activation events. Supporting soldiers experiencing financial strain so they can continue participating in unit training and activation.
The Quartermaster Corps is preparing to activate a national logistics support program for State Defense Forces.
This initiative is designed to assist units with structured support programs including drill meal funding, uniform and essential gear assistance, travel reimbursement coordination, and emergency activation sustainment support.
During this pre-launch phase, we are inviting Commanding Officers, senior leadership, and recognized State Defense Force Associations to register their interest.
By registering, your unit or association will:
• Receive priority notification when the program goes live
• Be included in the initial rollout coordination phase
• Help shape early operational support guidelines
• Gain early access to documentation and program structure
• Give us a understanding of the financial resources needed to support State Defense Forces nationwide
This registration does not obligate your unit. It simply ensures your leadership is informed and positioned for when the program goes live.
